RASPBERRY Glaze

V ILLA MODENA Flavoured Glazes are available in table size (150 ml/5.1oz) and economical food service size (500 ml / 16.9oz) squeeze bottles. Each product has its own key flavouring / colour ingredient that can vary from natural fruit juices to vegetable extracts. The range is so varied and wide that there is a perfect solution to decorate or enhance the flavour of any dish.
Colour and texture

Glossy, viscous, and light red, though it captures light beautifully. It moves like syrup, and has a velvety texture on the tongue.

Pleasant bitter sweet with pronounced raspberry aroma.
