MEDITERRANEAN herbs Glaze

V ILLA MODENA Flavoured Glazes are available in table size (150 ml/5.1oz) and economical food service size (500 ml / 16.9oz) squeeze bottles. Each product has its own key flavouring / colour ingredient that can vary from natural fruit juices to vegetable extracts. The range is so varied and wide that there is a perfect solution to decorate or enhance the flavour of any dish.
Colour and texture

Glossy, viscous, and speckled light creamy colour, though it captures light beautifully. It moves like syrup, and has a velvety texture on the tongue.
