Villa Modena’s EQUILIBRIUM brand Detox Fruit & Veggie vinegar nectars are rich in minerals and vitamins and are dense and fruity and can be used:
- directly drizzled on salads or as a dip.;
- as a detox drink by simply adding 4 parts of water.
Unfiltered and unpasteurized, these nectars are made starting with base ingredients apple cider vinegar with the mother , concentred grape must, Lemon juice, honey and Ginger .
We have devoloped a unique production process to maintain the characteristics of the precious ingredients:
1st Stage: Cold extraction of the fruit and vegetables by means of a "Vegetable extractor" at max 40 rotations per minute.
2nd Stage: Fermentation of the ingredient apple cider vinegar through the Natural Fermentation using apple juice not from concentrate.
3rd Stage: Blending of the above ingredients with the addition of pure organic honey and total fermentation of the blend.
